• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or equivalent.


• No work experience required.

• Job Descriotion: 

a. Full time inspection and monitoring to ascertain that the work is being undertaken in conformity with plans, specifications and related contract documents and acceptable engineering standards.
b. Prepares and submits weekly and monthly progress report of construction.
c. Checks, evaluates and confirms quantities and prices for extra works and other variation orders claimed by the contractor and trade contractors
d. Performs quantity and cost estimate and initiate preparation of the necessary requisition of Owner Supplied Materials.
e. Inspects safety measures taken by the Contractor
f. Supervise sampling and testing of materials when necessary, promptly reporting test results to those concerned. Check, in the company of the Contractor, Design Consultant and other concerned, testing of different service utilities and other installation.
g. Checks, evaluates and recommends Contractor’s progress billing and time extension if there is any.
h. Confers and coordinates with the Design Consultants when clarifications, drawings and other related documents become necessary.
i. Assists the Contractor in the interpretation of the Contract Documents.
j. Check, review and recommend approval of as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
k. Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assign from time to time.
